  • All custom work becomes client property only after full payment
  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise
  • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, or code remain our intellectual property

7. Third-Party Tools

We may integrate or work with third-party services such as:

  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Analytics and marketing tools

We are not responsible for the policies or downtime of third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability
